Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Last year student or graduate; expected degree in finance, economics, accounting.

Consultant in Systems & Process Assurance

The Role
• Analyse and document clients' business processes
• Participate in IT assurance and due diligence
• Perform application controls testing
• Provide ERP assurance
• Consult on General IT and application controls

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Graduate from university or student in accounting, audit, economics or finance with a very good academic record
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and information technologies
• Good working knowledge of English
• Able to work in a team, meet challenges and deliver outstanding results
• Possess good communication skills
• Ready to travel on business around Ukraine and abroad
• Quick Learner

Paralegal

The Opportunity
Being a 4-5th year student of Law faculty you have an excellent opportunity to start your career with our Legal department. Experience that you will gain during part-time work is invaluable and will help you to find your way in business life.

The Role
Participation in different projects such as:
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Company setup and labour law
• Banking and finance law
• Business recovery and restructuring
• Administrative and tax litigation
• Q&RM assistance to the professional staff

Successful Candidate Profile:
• Studying/Completion of studying or University degree in law
• 1 year of legal consulting experience and/or in-house legal practice with major companies, leading financial organizations or legal firms would be a distinctive advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian law
• Excellent working knowledge of the English language: both verbal and written
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team, meet challenges and deliver outstanding results
• Career- and success-oriented
