VACANCY: Trade Marketing Manager

Bunge Ukraine is looking for proficient, talented & skilled Trade Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Execution

§ Responsible for the sales channels detailed elaboration and developing the stimulation systems

§ Responsible for developing the merchandizing standards and communication in the trade outlets

§ Develops and realizes National and Local Marketing events according to sales strategy of the Company

§ Analyze the on-line information of all the changes in the marketing events and projects environment

§ Distributes common trade marketing targets of the company between regions / segments / clients

§ Takes part in the strategic planning of the company sales activity and transforms this plans into trade marketing activity

§ Reports trade marketing activity

§ Controls and checks all the conditions of the Distributors Contracts and all the internal procedures regarding trade marketing activity

§ Negotiates with Key Accounts regarding trade marketing activity realization

§ Trains the sales staff in respect of trade marketing activity

§ Provides the necessary documents processing within the frames of the trade marketing events and projects

Marketing Execution

§ POS Materials and trade equipment – develops ways of using

§ Manages tenders, design developing, production and shipment to regions of the POS Materials and trade equipment

§ Analyzes the competitors’ POS materials and trade equipment

§ Develops ways, principles and schedule of the trade events for each category of product and brand

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

§ A higher education

§ Min 3 years related experience in Sales / Trade Marketing position

§ Strong attention to detail

§ Excellent written/verbal communication skills

§ Strong planning skills.

§ In-depth knowledge of trade marketing “tools and principles” including product, promotion, placement and pricing knowledge and experience in writing trade marketing events

§ Financial awareness

§ Time/task and priority management

§ Knowledge of sales and sales teams

§ Consumer understanding and knowledge of competitors
